▲Working process

After we receives the order then will start the making process.
-We have the original size on the website,
but we also is made to order , it do not have stock for the holographic items. We just have standard pattern for the standard size .
After customer choose their size, then we make it.
-For custom size we need charge more is because for the custom pattern during the making process. 

▲How long will ship out 
-Normally 5-10 days for the making process, peal period will longer time if your order is urgent please contact us.

▲5-8 business days for international shipping to Major Cities Worldwide. (duration depends on the destination). Fast shipping 2-4 days

▲In 20 days and 15 days after Christmas short delays in delivery may take place

▲Please kindly understand sometimes unpredictable postal delays may occur and take up to a month and not in my control, but we will try my best to help you.

▲Any items that is made to order items that not accept return or exchange , (include any holographic product that is made to order ) -sales items not in return or exchange list Refunds (if applicable) 

▲Refund Policy Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

▲Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

▲If you are not happy with our products for some reasons, please message us and we would try to fix it.
